Winter Happy Hour Menu

With the horrible weather and slow months of the beginning of the year I have decided to start a happy hour menu that will fit these times.  It will be running until we can start getting fresh spring products.  We will still have daily happy hour specials.

Pave Salad

Frisee, smoked cherry tomatoes, house ricotta, artichoke hearts, and garbanzos


Caramelized Scallop

Fingerling medallions, wilted arugula and mushrooms, squash veloute, and tomato vinaigrette


Beef Gyro

Pita bread, mint yogurt, spinach, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes


Pork Kabob

Smoked cipolinni onions, apples, blue butter, and crostini’s


Grilled artichoke hearts

Bacon vinaigrette and fresh parmesan


Chicory salad

Speck, shaved pear, and roasted parsnip vinaigrette


Valentines Day

We have a very special menu planned for Valentine’s Day so don’t forget to make your reservations at The Lodge restaurant early.  Here is the Prix Fixe Menu and the only menu that we will be offering this Valentine’s Day.  We hope to see you at Black Butte Ranch!

Treviso and Grilled Pear Salad

Brown butter vinaigrette, fig balsamic, and smoked blue cheese.


House Cured Pork Belly

Stewed white beans, crispy kale, and pickled fennel.



Tomato Tarte Tatin

Herbed roma tomatoes in a pine nut and rosemary tart with lime crème and shaved manchego.


Caramelized Sea Scallops

NW mushroom and faro risotto roasted apples, butternut squash, and fried Brussels leaves.


Truffle Basted Filet Mignon

Tomato ragout, rosemary and garlic mash, and house black truffle salt.


Pheasant Duo

Confit of pheasant leg, roasted breast, carrot demi-glace, pan seared potatoes, and baby root vegetables.


Grilled Oregon Steelhead

Stoneground mustard gnocchi, baby yellow beets, brown sugar glazed bacon, and a preserved lemon butter sauce.


Butternut Squash Angliotti

Sage brown butter, roasted mushrooms, mustard greens, espresso espuma.


Chocolate Pot de Crème

Candied orange and vanilla cream


Pear and Pine nut Tart

Anise poached pear, pignolia cream, and frangipane
